SMO was created by Intercontidental and consists of a mixture of natural calcium carbonate and polyester resins. This formula ensures an ultra-smooth waterproof surface finish. It is impossible for mould or water to impregnate. SMO synthetic resin is harder than marble and receives an anti-UV treatment during its manufacturing process.
